The Oil-Based
Primer For The 90's
H2Oil-Base is a
major advance in paint technology formulated with durable
bonding, oil-based resins that cleanup with soap and water. This
revolutionary breakthrough in primer formulation has created an
easy-to-use, fast-dry oil-based primer that sticks to glossy
surfaces, kills stains, and completely seals any porous surfaces
better than water-based primers that can only be used indoors. H2Oil-Base
is a great primer for any interior or exterior surface.
Convenient soap and water cleanup eliminates the mess, danger,
and solvent disposal problems commonly associated with ordinary
oil based primers.
H2Oil-Base seals
all porous surfaces to prevent the resin from finish paint from
soaking in, leaving too little to bind the pigment to the
surface. H2Oil-Base penetrates and seals new wood
and drywall to provide a topcoat with uniform gloss and sheen. H2Oil-Base
seals cinder block, concrete and cured plaster walls and
ceilings so less paint is needed for a top quality result.
Ordinary primers don't adhere
to dense, non-porous surfaces like hardboard, glass and ceramic
tile. H2Oil-Base bonds well to such materials,
forming a prime coat that can't be chipped or scraped off
easily. H2Oil-Base has excellent adhesion to gloss
paint without sanding or the use of deglossing agents.
On stained surfaces, blemishes
may bleed through multiple coats of finish paint. The solution
is to apply H2Oil-Base to kill the stains. H2Oil-Base
blocks out stains of all kinds. On previously painted surfaces,
one coat of H2Oil-Base will block out even the
most severe stains caused by water, graffiti, smoke, fire
damage, grease and crayon. Even nicotine stains are no match for
H2Oil-Base.
H2Oil-Base is a
great primer for exterior siding and trim work. It penetrates
and remains flexible over time to assure a good looking, long
lasting paint job.
